The Blood of Jesus Speaks Forgiveness: Diving Deeper

A dear friend testified the other day that she remembers the day the weight of un-forgiveness was lifted off her shoulders. Praise the Lord.
Are you weighed down by un-forgiveness? The weight of un-forgiveness can feel like not wanting to be found out. It can feel like embarrassment or shame. It can feel like longing for a 'do-over'.
Beloved, Jesus does not want you to carry the weight of un-forgiveness.
Jesus came to redeem you from the weight of 'un-forgiveness' and to establish you in the light of His forgiveness. The Blood of Jesus cleanses you from all sin. Hallelujah!
When you see all of your sin and guilt being put onto Jesus, the Perfect Lamb, you are able to receive His total and complete forgiveness.
When Jesus shed His Blood and died on the cross, your sins were totally forgiven. When you believed this in your heart, and confessed Jesus as Lord you took hold of this free gift. You received it for yourself.
When the Bible says that Jesus' Blood cleanses you from all sin it means the Blood of Jesus continually cleanses you. Your past, present and future sins are fully forgiven. That anger outburst? ... forgiven. That unclean thought? ... forgiven. That selfish action? ... forgiven.
Imagine now that you live each and every day continually under a fountain of Christ's cleansing Blood. Jesus' Blood keeps you cleansed and walking in His light.
See Jesus as your perfect atonement. See His blood continually cleansing you. Hear His blood speaking over you, "Forgiven".
As your receive His forgiveness, you will have the power to reign over harmful habits and to live victoriously.
"...how much more will those who receive God's abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ!" Romans 5:17

Read 1 John 1:7 and meditate on it. Listen to the song "Better Word" by Decibel Worship. Imagine yourself being cleansed by the Blood of Jesus. What is Jesus saying to you? How are you responding? Journal this if it will help.

Pray and ask Holy Spirit to teach you about God from His word.
Next, read the verse a couple of times.
Now, ask these questions:
What does this tell me about God/Jesus?
What does this tell me about people?
How can I respond to what I just read?
When you’re done asking these questions, it’s a great idea to pray and thank God for teaching you more about who He is and who you are!

Pray that we would hear Jesus' Blood speaking, "Forgiven"!
Pray for a revelation of the love of God for you! Let that revelation transform you!
Pray for the influx of souls into the Kingdom! Pray that the love of God would shine through the family as we are on mission through hospitality.
